Contact our customer service team or visit our Vancouver storefront with your original order number and receipt to begin the authorization process.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and small parts are included to qualify for a full refund.
Ship or Drop Off
Affix your provided return label to the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location, or simply bring the items directly to our service counter for immediate processing.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned gear, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
